Abi Eaves-Richards: Our September Junior Member of the Month 🍁🏅 🎾 🌟🎾

We’re really pleased to share that September Junior Member of the Month is Abi Eaves-Richards! 🎉 Abi has been part of our junior programme for the past three years, and in that time we’ve seen her tennis transform.

The progress she’s made in her game is clear for everyone to see stronger strokes, sharper rallies, and growing confidence every time she steps on court.

But what makes Abi stand out isn’t just her improvement, it’s the way she plays. She’s always smiling, always enthusiastic, and brings great energy to every session. It’s no surprise that she’s such a popular member of our Wednesday afternoon group, she lifts those around her and sets a fantastic example for her teammates.

What’s especially impressive is the way Abi has started to give back to the club. On Saturday mornings, she has been helping out with the coaching of our youngest players. She’s patient, encouraging, and has a natural ability to connect with the little ones — making their first steps in tennis all the more enjoyable. That willingness to support others says a lot about her character and is something we really value at Knowle Hill.
